Visionopen TouchBright 5X — Touch-Dimmer Illuminated Desktop Magnifier

The Visionopen TouchBright 5X replaces conventional push-button or slider brightness controls with a touch-sensitive dimming strip on the arm body that adjusts LED brightness continuously with a simple swipe gesture — an intuitive control interface that requires no fine motor skill and can be operated with a gloved hand or a single finger without diverting visual attention from the work. A single tap on the touch strip toggles the LEDs on and off; a slow swipe from base to tip increases brightness; a swipe from tip to base decreases it. The last-used brightness setting is memorized and restored on next power-on. The 90mm optical glass lens delivers 5x magnification with anti-reflection coating on both surfaces. The LED ring consists of 16 daylight LEDs at 6500K. The arm is a 400mm adjustable gooseneck with a 300g weighted base. Power is supplied via USB-C; the power indicator is a small LED ring around the USB-C port that glows green when connected and changes to amber at low power from a USB source. A 1.8m braided cable is included. Compatible with 5V USB power banks for portable use. Weight: 430g.
