The Visionopen WatchBench 7X LED is designed for the specific demands of watchmaking, watch service, and mechanical clock repair — where the combination of extremely small components, delicate spring mechanisms, and the need for both hands free simultaneously makes a high-quality desktop magnifier essential to professional and hobbyist watchmakers alike. The 75mm achromatic doublet lens delivers 7x magnification with a working distance of 35mm, sized to provide a clear view of a watch movement laid on the bench while allowing watchmaker’s tools — spring bar tools, screwdrivers, and tweezers — to be used beneath the lens without obstruction. The arm uses a parallelogram linkage mechanism that keeps the lens perfectly horizontal during height adjustment, preventing the lens tilt that causes image distortion in gooseneck arm designs. The weighted base is a 300mm × 200mm steel-reinforced ABS pad that covers a standard watchmaker’s bench pad without overhang. LED lighting uses 10 cool-white 6000K LEDs in a ring providing shadowless illumination ideal for observing the reflective surfaces of watch components. Anti-vibration rubber feet. USB-C powered.
