Visionopen A3 FlatPad 2X — Full-Page Desktop Reading Magnifier

The Visionopen A3 FlatPad 2X is a flat-pad desktop magnifier with an A3-sized (420mm × 297mm) fresnel optical lens panel built into a low-profile desktop stand, allowing an entire A3 page, double-page book spread, or full broadsheet newspaper section to be magnified simultaneously at 2x without any hand-holding or arm positioning. The user simply places the reading material beneath the flat pad and reads through the panel — the magnification reduces eye strain and extends comfortable reading time for users with mild to moderate visual impairment who benefit from modest magnification across a wide field. The fresnel lens panel is a precision-moulded optical grade acrylic fresnel element 2mm thick, providing significantly better optical performance than the budget fresnel readers sold as card-format reading aids, with full-field flatness and consistent groove spacing that eliminates the banding artifact visible in lower-quality fresnel magnifiers. The stand tilts between flat (0 degrees) and 45 degrees in 5-degree increments via a rear support leg with 10 locking positions.
